Product Manager - Trust & Safety
About the role
Our client is a fast-growing AI companionship platform scale-up serving over 50 million users. The company is hiring a Product Manager for Trust & Safety to lead compliance and safety initiatives across its platforms, working closely with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead. - Own product improvements for in-house moderation technologies and proprietary LLM guardrails
- Lead technical evaluation, implementation, rollout, and performance monitoring of third-party safety partnerships
- Establish safety dashboards, quality assurance routines, and metrics tracking to proactively identify emerging issues
- Drive red teaming and adversarial testing to evaluate how moderation systems handle deliberate misuse and edge cases
- Establish and run dedicated Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material updates
- Coordinate product and engineering incident response workflows for critical safety issues
